This is how the DONIC ZHANG JIKE NEW ERA was created. Its core is also made of Kiri wood and two layers of Ayous. But then comes a special feature: not the usual two, but three finely woven synthetic fibres give the ZHANG JIKE NEW ERA an even finer feel for the ball. The outer veneers made of Limba, which is slightly softer than the Koto wood, as in the ZHANG JIKE ORIGINAL CARBON, further improve control.
