I am still friends with Speedplay and everyone else. I was still friendly with Wiggie before/during/after his bad-boy stuff at OOAK (Even egged him on a bit to lightly provoke people to justify their positions and vent) Even Reb knows I am usually the dude in between two parties going at it while friends of both. Even shown the "proof", I would still welcome all the parties involved as I found some one has a very wicked sense of humor, which is good by me. I don't know why everyone got so bent out of shape, but it is what it is.

I think Biggie once said that he wouldn't bother hanging around here if Speedplay left... something about him being the only other poster who has an insight into the game.... yadda, yadda, yadda...
But then Biggie threatens to leave on a regular basis anyway..
And I doubt JKC would post on here without BE around... and it seems Honey may have already packed up his avatar and left...

Its funny, but I generally quite liked him too. He and I had our differences, and I disliked how "dogged" and obnoxious he could be, but still we found some respect for each other. Just a pity he is a little too "self-righteous" for his own good. I don't know if this is typical of Swedish culture or just Speedplay himself.

We have a Swedish guy playing in Shepp at the moment.. over here for 12 months or so and not a bad player either, just from exposure to TT in the Swedish school system I think. He is a top bloke and very polite... certainly it seems that rudeness is not a cultural thing!!

We've seen enough to know forums do get bent out of shape. As you say, it is what it is. Time heals most things!

I haven't left, just been away on a camping holiday for a couple of weeks. The wife banned me from using her Kindle most of the time and the couple of times I did get on, it was so slow that I couldn't be bothered to work my way through the arguments to try to find anything worth reading. I might do now, but I have lots of other stuff to look at first.

Hope you had a good camping trip JKC.. not an easy thing to do with a young family!! I remember a couple of disasterous "relaxing holidays" with young kids!! Couldn't wait to get home to unwind! 

Certainly good to see you still here anyway... always enjoy Fred's vids and have shown my kids, plus a few others and they are extremely impressed at his abilities

I googled it Blue. A Kindle is an e-reader with basic internet functionality you can use on WiFi and 3G for free with the right model in certain countries (not Aus tho). Its better than an Ipad for reading as the screen looks the same as paper (whereas the Ipad tires the eyes quickly), but doesn't offer as much functionality as the Ipad. Interesting, learn something everyday!

There's a kindle round my parents house. it's like a book :p but it's weird because when it's turned off the screen stays how it was... kinda like a etch a sketch. I didn't know you could interweb on it, must be a more pro model than the one I've seen
