You can coach LP players Biggie? I know you know how to play against LP, but how well do you play WITH it? Besides picking a tip here or there from the forums and a little as a junior I am completely self-taught. I virtually have to be because only I know what I can do within my capabilities with injury. I have already run the boundary of it by reaching the level that I play as I come home from TT with great soreness in my knee every night. But still, I never knock back advice, I just have to process it as to whether I can achieve it safely or not.

Rob,

Can't speak for Biggy here, but if you look at the topic, it was about LP blockers, who plays with OX lp. That limits there possible returns and ability to manipulate the spin. If you are up against chopper with a sponged LP, it's a completely different thing, cause then you will have to read the ball for the spin, as there is no longer a way to know what spin is on the ball.

As for re-looping a loop with lp, I've heard claims of this being possible a lot of time, perhaps it is, but I have yet to see some one who is able to re-loop a strong loop with lp. And, even if they could, it's a high risk shot with little reward, so not a shot worth considering as an option.

And yes, I do love the Wavestone blade(s) =) (And almost 10 sheets of Nittaku Best Anti!)

Yes it is a high risk shot, with very little if any at all benifit at the high level.
