Just letting you all know my blade arrived safe and sound within 6 days of order from AU to USA. Packaged perfectly. Not one defect on the blade, exactly as ordered. Hats off to Rob for creating an awesome forum/website, but applause for backing it up with great prices, fast shipping, and honest reporting-- outstanding shopping experience. Wish the other brand vendors out there would take notice of a shop like this and see what the new standard is. I couldn't be more impressed.

Holy Crikey!  He found you an 82 gm control series blade?  You are a pretty lucky customer.  Yeah, I recieved exceptional service too as it pertains to my Stradivarius.  It didn't get here that fast, but it got here pretty fast.  I do believe it had to compete with a holiday day or two.  I've had slower deliveries from shops here in the states.

Thanks for the compliments fella's, I do stuff up sometimes (Alfie). But I always correct my mistakes, its the only way to learn.

And as for the comment alfie made, how true. I used to use the Andro carbo/aramid, then changed for some reason, and went on to be an EJ junkie, eventually when I started using my blade again, it felt so much better than the rest. It was like Perfect.

I am lightly sealing the beauty right now. I masked off handle and "neck" and then I put on two extremely light coats of minwax satin poly spray. waiting just under two hours between. I will sand lightly in 72 hours, apply an extremely super thin final coat if needed and then apply my Joola Energy after another 72 hours-- assuming that it arrives from un- named vendor who I will probably not use again unless it arrives very soon...

I am exercising a lot of patience usually there would already be rubber on the blade.

Played last tuesday, almost beat the best long pips guy at our club...with my primorac off- pictured above. we went 2-2 and then he came out and got me last game.

he was in the semi finals at a tournament for under 1500... but beat the 2nd place guy for under 1700 in the first part of the tourny.
i feels so good to be improving...can't wait to make this xiom my number 1.
