Holly hell its faster now, it has heaps more speed with amazing spin on loops. Its strange though, it feels slow when i hit soft but realy powers off when it digs into the sponge. I have been using 1.8 rubbers too long i think.

Well, that is the trademark of Hexer, and I wouldn't be surprised if Hexer+ is the same, so I don't think this is because of the sponge thickness. The problem I had with the Hexer was that I never knew when the power kicked in and when it didn't, which made it a nightmare to use.

Yeh i know, but the bonus is that it has good dip and late dip on heavy topspin. Couple of people at my club use Donic Jo silver and platin rubbers and i find the hexer as fast as them with more control and heaps more spin. Very well done Andro.
How far can rubber tecnology go, this makes the old sriver mark V feel like junk (sorry if i offend anyone). Thankyou very much for the VOC rules that came in and the inclusion of tensor rubber tecnology.
I got sick of gluing my rubbers up on sunday and sticking them on my blade monday morning with the bat clamp before work. Then to just pull them off Wednesday night and start all over again the next weekend. The rubbers were only good for 5-6 weeks and they were stretched and stuffed. I still have a box of 20 or so sets of the old speed glue rubbers (geopin tacky & LKT xt pro). They were good glued but worthless not, my opinion anyway.
