Ship arrives in Australia on the 12 - 13th of December.

Goods were paid for on the 13 of October. Thats when Donic said they were ready, it took a month before they got on the ship. Thats what us sellers here in Australia are up against.

once they reach Customs, they will probably be held up for a week, whilst all the red tape is sorted out.

My goodness you have got to be kidding me.  That's just insane!  I can't imagine that would ever happen in the U.S.

Hmm, now we've got 125 blades left of the Dotec, better order some more so we have them by this summer!

Thats just crazy!

Is this the same stuff as Andro free glue? And how many layers do you have to use?

I haven't used ando free glue, but its made in Germany and the packaging looks the same. When I used it the other day to put a new Omega 2 on, it was just 1 layer on blade and 1 layer on the sponge.

I must say that it was a very humid night, and the amount I put on the rubber took a while to dry.

I tried it today. The bond i really strong and it's very easy to use but it leaves a sticky residue on the blade.

If you varnish the blade first, there will be no residue once the rubber is pulled off.

My blade is lightly varnished if I'm not mistaken I don't really know actually. A friend has the same blade not sealed but his blade splintered when he removed his rubbers and my blade was fine.
