Chris according to your post time it was 6.15, so you had at least an extra 7 mins up your sleeve. BTW good win last night against the Chop/Blocker.

I must say...I was chuffed with that win!!

I was a bit sore this morning, it was a very tough night! That win was in 4 games, then I lost to Joel in 5 and just scraped home in my last match in another long 5 setter... as well as playing both doubles! Got home just after 1am

Funny you know, everyone wants me to lose, so somehow I become the underdog.

Thats the first round I've played at Sunbury for 1 year. I actually remeber playing with my knee brace, and being beaten by a few players, David was one of them, Got my revenge last night - amazing what you can do with 2 good knee's. It felt really good beating David on my terms, normally I have to scrounge for points.

Hey Rob do you remember a guy called Richard who played at Sunbury a couple of years ago. Solid build, sandy hair, about 5'11 or so and probably played pimples at that point. He still wears a Blue Sunbury Shirt to Dandy. He plays in B1.

Yes of course I remember Richard, we had some great battles - in the days that I was afraid of pimples. He's a very nice bloke, moved to the eastern suburbs over the Christmas break, didnt tell anyone. We all thought something nasty had happened to him.

Yes he is a very nice bloke. I have known him for about a year now I guess, maybe a little less. Kept forgetting to mention him to you. He has stopped playing pimples now and has gone with Outlaw both sides and has rebuilt his game over last 6 months. I haven't played him in comp yet, but have had one practice match with him. I took him out about 4 games to 2 a few weeks before Xmas. I'll pass him your regards then.
