Hahaha Geko.....oh to be as old as 22 again!!
 
Actually, I'm quite happy to be 40ish..... but wouldn't mind having the agility and energy back from those times!

WTG. I was a father at that age. It is good you don't have children yet. Blue, , Reb, B.E., Rob, Supachop Alien, Peter C and I (forget anyone?) have a few decades experience being that age... Run while you can and ur knees hold up.

Actually 40 is the new 25...unless you have a 67 year old knee like me LOL.

ahahah I'm just glad there's so many here to wish me happy birthday :grin:
btw last night I seem to have eaten close to 5kgs of food at the buffet, but regardless I'm off to training now.

Again, thanksfor all the warm birthday wishes *hugs* It always feels like home when I visit here  :azn:

No Chris I didn't. I'll go look for it! In case I dont find it, Mussel Extract is ok, no better than ordinary glucosamine for me tho (and a heap more expensive).
