C overall condition 1-10, 10 being new, 1 being pretty boonted up.
D number of dents in the edge
S means one of the finger edges has been sanded, with 0-5 being 0 = untouched, ie, sharp edge, 1 = the edge smoothed and 5 being heavy sand, to the point of the actual blade shape changing a bit.
