You really want to Know.

It took myself and another person at least an hour to assemble the net assembly. Then we tried to understand how to use the remote control, but no hope.

Its a 2 wheel Robot, can do no-spin. its quiet. but very hard to use. Very hard to setup & put away. It would be perfect for a permanant situation, where it didn't have to be put away.
I'm going to reduce the price, and get rid of it, as its just not up to my standard. I'll stick with the SmartPong anyday, even if it doesn't do No-spin.

In fact, I'm not sure that its such an advantage, for a robot to do nospin. Its just another selling point.
I mean do you see Waldner or Malin, producing no-spin balls. Even at my local club, just about every ball has some type of spin on it.

I don't really care about no spin serve simulation.  That's pretty much the easiest serve to identify and handle.  I am however interested to know if it is able to simulate slow heavy loops?

Yes of course it is, as long as you understand how to set it. (buggered if I know, and I'm a technical person.)

Me too, but I have no expirience with Robots, so I suspect you have quite a bit of expirience over me for what to look for.  Maybe I should run from this one.  Does it create adequate speed, with good frequency?  How do you like those Gambler balls for Robots?  Those balls are tough stuff.

Skippy, This robot is constructed with mainly Steel & Aluminium. Not the prettiest robot to look at, but who cares about looks.
To be quite honest with you, I still cant understand how to use it. So I cant report on its features. I can say that it is a real pain to setup and pack away.
One day when one of my mates comes over, I will ask him if he can show me how its used. (apparently he's set one up in a Chinese club somewhere, and the Chinese players themselves couldn't understand the Instructions.) :?

If I was armed with a case or two of Fosters, I'm sure I could find/motivate someone to figure it out... :P

I'll post a picture of the Remote Control, for those that understand Chinese.

You've had a picture of the remote in the shop for quite awhile.  I did notice quite some time ago that I wasn't able to read it.

I got it!

Any luck getting that friend to help setup this for you, and any word on adequate speed/spin/and frequency of balls?

No He hasn't come over as yet. Not sure what to do with the unit as yet.

It just seems so hard to use.

I sold it below cost, because I could not figure how to use it.
