For anyone that has any requests on brands to be added to the shop let Rob know. He tries his best to be accomodating. If we could not request butterfly stuff every 5 minutes that would help as there is a bit of a noncompetitive market for butterfly in the land of Oz.

When is it the secret brand on the ship Rob? :cry:

I could tell you which brand its not, but I won't as I like to see you become a nervous wreck about this secret brand that Rob is getting. :lol:

I do hope its a big brand and that he intends to dump the prices on it. Nittaku, Joola, JUIC or Butterfly would be cool. Not cool if it's Stiga as I'm not a fan of them.

I am actually hoping it's one of those three too. Those are the exact three I am curious that it might be. Tibhar would be the outside interest looking in, but even it would be a highly interesting for certain. What can you say it isn't?

I wouldn't either. That sure is alot of overhead to carry for what is a shrinking audience to sell to at the moment.

Skippy, I actually think you are wrong, I think that Dr Neubauer will have a bigger following in a couple of years then he has now. He's already released a couple of inverted rubbers which gets decent comments. I know that his blades are top class. So if he could built on that, I think the company will grow instead of shrink because of the ban. The downside is the price range. Someone ought to inform him that it is possible to sell stuff cheap cause not all TT players earns a bundle of money.

They could be the greatest products in table tennis on the planet, and I still wouldn't carry them because you have to tie up such an exorbitant amount of upfront capital just to have their hugely limited line of product on the shelves. Unlike just about any other line of blades the Retailer has to invest an upfront average on the blades of about $60 wholesale. Ouch! Not to mention having only one rubber that I know of that's future is not in doubt. They do have a couple blades that look interesting though.

If the Dr's goods were 1/2 the price that they are then I'm sure it would be one of the more popular brands around, but at the current prices, not many retailers want to carry the Brand.

I'm interested in what this 'secret' brand is that Rob is getting in.

Tibhar, Donic, Joola & Stiga are some easy to pronouce brands that I can think of that Rob doesn't currently sell, or only sells a couple of rubbers of.

These are popular brands that would sell well if they were well priced, especially considering the range of current & upcoming Tensor & Glue effect rubbers that the first 3 brands offer.

I have another tournament on Nov 24th, so I want to order some stuff quite soon, seeing I kind of tried to loop the corner of the table last friday and tore a nice chunk out of my forhehand rubber :|
