I have ordered this rubber, so I will soon make an attempt to review it, but if any of you guys have beaten me to it, please share your thoughts on this. Me, I'm already sure this rubber will perform magic for me

While I was at it, I also ordered a sheet of national globe 999, if it's in stock, not user just yet. Will be fun to compare them as I've read lots of great stuff about that one. Any info from users of that would also be appreciated.

The major difference will be weight.  The Juic will weigh almost half as much.

a guy at our club plays with the juic it's soft and very spinny he seems to have no problem looping anything and he does not glue.I have tried the globe 999 not the national and I found it not as good as H3 less spin and less speed.
If you use plenty of glue I recon the 999 national will be nice

I actually prefer 999 to Hurricane's every day of the week and twice on Sunday.  However I like the Globe topsheet on a Saviga, or a Juic sponge.  It's just a completely different animal when you put it on those sponges.  The Saviga doesn't help very much with the weight, and the Juic helps with the weight quite a bit.  They are very peppy rubbers with someone else's sponge under it, and yes Speedplay.  The weight of the Nat's are very different from the Juic 999's.

The Globe 999 and the Nats do have the same topsheet.  The Nats are cut from the center so they tend to be a little more consistent.  The 999t in Red I could easily use as a backhand or forehand.  The black is slower and really, really spinny.

Then it sounds like the black one could suit very well on my Fh on the Wavestone blade. Currently using Couga and wouldn't mind changing some speed for some extra spin.

About this weight issue, is there a big difference between the national and regular version when it comes to weight? Cause I have used the regular and didn't notice anything particular with it. As I've stated elsewhere, I might be odd with this but somehow rubber weights seems to have much less effect on me then blade weight. Don't ask me why cause I don't know.

You will get plenty of spin.  Oh, also I have played the Nat version one time, and it does play much better than the regular Globe 999 with that piece of cardboard they call a sponge.  I suspect you will enjoy the Globe 999 Nat.  I would recommend a feather light other side.  Nah, the weight difference between the 999 Nat, and the 999 regular is negligable.

If it comes in about the same weight as the regular Globe 999 I don't think it will be a problem for me as I didn't have any difficulties with that. Will be using it on the Wavestone, which some members claims to be heavy (I disagree, might be that Rob handpicked me a light one?) and using a 1.5 sponged rubber on the other side. At the moment, Geospin Tacky sits there, but might change it for kokutaku Blutenkirsche 868. So this could be really nice.

My LP experimental outfit is on a GAlaxy 986 blade with a medium lightish 2.2 Tokyo inverted and the weight is REDICULOUS light! I had a short hit with it, got a little used to it, then went back to my Affordable purchased N-2 outfit, and wow, it must have been 50 grams heavier! Anyway, I like medium heavy, it just feels better to me. with just two nights of short matches, I already know i like this outfit!

Glad you like it Der!  Hey Speedplay, is there a noticable difference in speed between the Elite Nano, and the Elite Ultima?  I am having trouble in my readings being able to deciphur that within the reviews.

I've only tried the Ultima in the 1.5 sponge version while I used the max version on the Elite Nano, so it's really hard to compare. Still, I'm feeling fairly confident that there is a significant difference in speed, with the EN being the faster one. I suppose it will pick up some more speed once the worst tack is gone and the sponge has gotten some more glue to it, as I didn't prime it or anything.

I would rate it in between the Couga and Inspirit (42 degree) when it comes to speed.

Speedplay, have you tried the Elite Nano on the Wavestone yet?  I ask cause I suspect that of your blades the Wavestone probably plays more similarly to the Stradivarius.  I would love to hear which blade you think it performs best on.

Skippy, I trust Silvers judgment on this, so they are probably very different to each other.

I havent tried it on the Wavestone and don't intend to do it anytime soon either. Since the blade size is so different between the Cat and the Wavestone I can hardly use the same sheet for both of the blades and since I liked it so much on my Cat, I will keep it on there for now.

One word of warning though about this rubber, it is very fragile! The edges on my top sheet looks horrible already and thats without me hitting the table or anything strange. The only thing I can find to blame is that the rubber was a tiny bit to big for the blade (5-7mm) and the part in this zone (were the blade ends but the rubber continues) did look like crap almost right away. I tried to re-cut it to a perfect a size but the top sheet and the sponge splintered so it looks awful. Still plays great though!
